Dear Potential New Members,

My name is Celia Dulligan, and I am absolutely thrilled to introduce myself as this year’s Recruitment Chair for Chi Omega. It is truly an honor to serve in this role, and I couldn’t be more excited to open our doors and welcome you to the place that has become my home the past 3 years. From the moment I walked through Chi Omega’s doors, I realized it was more than just a chapter; I discovered lifelong friendships and a true home away from home. As Recruitment Chair, my hope is to give you a glimpse into the incredible love, authentic bonds, and unwavering support that makes our sisterhood so special.

I know recruitment can sometimes feel overwhelming and even a little stressful, but my greatest wish is that Chi Omega feels like a breath of fresh air the moment you meet us. At Chi Omega, we want you to feel seen, valued, and wholeheartedly embraced for your unique story. If there’s one piece of advice I can offer, it’s to simply be yourself, and by doing so, you’ll find the place where you truly belong. As someone who came to USC from out of state, I understand how daunting it can be to move far from home, but I am grateful that I have found a second family here at USC. Being part of Chi Omega has helped me grow into my best self, all while being supported by friendships that I know will last long after college.

I cannot wait to meet each and every one of you and to share the joy, laughter, and genuine sisterhood that define Chi Omega. I hope this chapter becomes not just a part of your college experience, but one of the very best parts — something that carries with you well beyond these four years! I am excited for you all to engage in new beginnings, make new memories, and find a place you can truly call home. We cannot wait to meet you and are so excited to welcome you into our home here at USC!
